Ekiti State Governor Applauds PUNCH Nigeria Limited's 50 Years of Journalistic Excellence

The week-long festivities marking PUNCH's 50th anniversary commenced on February 24 with a novelty football match between Team PUNCH and the Nigeria Media XI. Activities include a photo exhibition, a distinguished public lecture featuring Nobel laureate Prof Wole Soyinka, and a black-tie dinner to honor stakeholders' contributions.
Angela Emuwa, Chairman of PUNCH Nigeria Limited's Board of Directors, described the anniversary as an opportunity to celebrate the publication's enduring impact and remember the late Chief James Olubunmi Aboderin, the founding Chairman.
