Tragic Suicide of Imo Polytechnic Graduate Sends Shockwaves Through Community
In a heartbreaking turn of events, a 30-year-old graduate of the Federal Polytechnics Nekede in Imo State, Nerus Elemamba, has allegedly taken his own life, leaving his community in disbelief.
Elemamba's lifeless body was discovered hanging in his room on Monday evening in Umuohii, Oboama community, located in the Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State. The shocking discovery followed his participation in the day's communal manual labor, adding to the confusion surrounding his tragic decision.
According to sources close to the situation, Elemamba, who had studied Architecture, showed no outward signs of distress or depression prior to the incident. Despite his active involvement in village activities, his sudden demise has left friends and family searching for answers.
