President Tinubu Holds Closed-Door Meeting with Former Head of State General Yakubu Gowon
President Bola Tinubu is presently engaged in a confidential discussion with former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (retd.), at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
General Gowon arrived at the forecourt of the President's office shortly after 2 pm, where he was personally welcomed by President Tinubu. This encounter marks the first private meeting between the former Head of State and the President since Tinubu assumed office nine months ago.
