Senate President Godswill Akpabio Oversees Swearing-in of Three Newly Elected Senators
In a session held on Tuesday, Senate President Godswill Akpabio presided over the swearing-in ceremony of three recently elected senators. The event took place during the plenary session, marking the official induction of the lawmakers into the Senate.
The newly sworn-in senators are Prince Pam Mwadkon representing the Action Democratic Party for Plateau North, Professor Anthony Ani representing the All Progressives Congress for Ebonyi South, and Mustapha Musa also representing the All Progressives Congress for Yobe East.
The oath-taking ceremony, conducted by the Clerk of the Senate, Mr. Chinedu Akubueze, commenced at approximately 11:41 am. Following the administration of oaths, the senators were escorted to their respective seats within the Senate chamber.
