The Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc has named Bolaji Agbede as the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer, in the wake of the untimely passing of the firm’s former Group CEO, Herbert Wigwe. This announcement follows Wigwe's tragic demise in a helicopter crash on Friday, alongside his wife, son, and a former chairman of the Nigeria Exchange Group, Abimbola Ogunbanjo, in California near the Nevada border, United States of America.
Wigwe, who assumed the role of Access Holdings GCEO on March 28, 2022, leaves behind a notable legacy in the financial sector.
